1. What this covers
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. The same consent rules apply to anything that works like a cookie — local storage, session storage, pixels, tracking scripts — so this policy covers all of them, whatever the technology. Where this page says "cookie", read it as "cookie or equivalent storage".
2. The rule we follow
Nothing except strictly necessary storage is written before you consent. No analytics script and no advertising tag loads on a first visit. If you press "Reject all", the only thing kept is a record that you said no — which is what allows us not to pester you on the next page.

The Microsoft UET tag is loaded in consent mode with advertising storage set to denied by default, and switched to granted only when you allow this category. The affiliate partner's cookie is set on the partner's own domain after you click a partner link and leave this site; from that moment the partner is an independent controller under its own policy.

5. What refusing actually costs you
Nothing on this site is withheld from people who refuse. Every guide, every diagram and every link works identically. We lose the ability to tell which advertisement worked; you lose nothing. There is no cookie wall and no "pay or consent" arrangement here.
