These terms govern your use of aethervane.online, operated by Bacidia s.r.o., K Žižkovu 809/7, Vysočany, 190 00 Praha 9, Czech Republic, IČO 06990789 (details in the Legal Notice). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by agreement. Where a provision here conflicts with mandatory consumer law, that law wins and the rest of these terms stay in force.

We publish free informational guides about video games. We do not sell anything to you, we do not process payments, we do not host accounts, and we do not distribute game software. We are not the publisher of any game described here and we cannot provide support for it. For the game itself — downloads, accounts, purchases, refunds, bans, technical support — you must deal with the publisher directly.

The guides are written carefully from publicly available information, and they are opinion and description rather than advice. Games change constantly: mechanics, team sizes, vehicle ratings, prices and age ratings are all changed by their publishers without notice, and a page accurate on the day it was reviewed may be out of date a month later. Every page shows when it was last reviewed. Always check the publisher's own official sources before relying on a specific figure. If you find an error, tell us at info@aethervane.online and we will fix it.

This site carries advertising and contains affiliate links, which are marked as partner link. If you follow one and register or purchase, we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. We do not guarantee that the site will be available without interruption, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it. We may amend these terms; the effective date above shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the amended terms.

Czech law governs these terms. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. Otherwise the Czech courts have jurisdiction.
